Halloween Treats

It's been a while but I've been busy setting up my polish in a shop.  Not quite ready yet but getting there !!
I've brought out some fun polishes for the up coming season.  Hope you enjoy !!

The first up is one I originally called the slutty pumpkin.  Due to putting it in a shop I've altered the name to Pumpkin Spice.  Same polish .  :)

Now for something fun and new.....
Next up is Corn Candy.  One of my favorite Halloween treats.

A great mix of orange hex,  pale yellow hex and medium white hex.  Shown below with one coat.

Now for something different.  Double double Toil and Trouble.

A wonderful mix of green shimmer, pale green hex and iridescent yellow hex.  Shown below with 2 coats.

Finally,  Witches Broom.

A scary mix of black strips,  metallic orange strips and orange hex. The swatch below shows 2 coats .  It does look rough but it's quite smooth with a top coat.

Well that's it for now.  Hope you enjoyed and come visit me at http://www.facebook.com/DuplicatesByD

Fire and Ice

These are 2 polar opposite polishes.  Ice is very clear and light .  Fire is a very dense heavy glitter polish.

Fire is a mix of micro hex glitter.  Reds,  coppers,  golds , and a touch of black.  The balance of colors truly looks like fire.

On the above swatches from left to right I'm showing 3 coats, 2 in the middle and then 1 coat on the right.
There is no base coat under any of the swatches.

Ice is a light mix of micro silver and white with medium hex iridescent white, silver , 3 shades of blue and just a tiny bit of pink. There is also a very small amount of iridescent silver stars.  Just enough to get a surprise now and again.

The swatches above from the left have 3 coats, 2 coats in the middle, and 1 coat on the right.  No base coats under any of them.

Hope you enjoyed.  Come visit me at http://www.facebook.com/DuplicatesByD

Heavy Metal

This polish was made for the hard core metal fan, or just the hard core nail fan.  :)

You can see the heavy use of silver in this glitter.  I used hex and square solid silver and iridescent silver.  I also used fine gun metal glitter and and fine and medium black matte glitter.  To give it that added something I added a smidge  of red.  I wanted that bit of color but I didn't want it to dominate.

I'm showing 3 swatches.  From the left is 1 coat, middle is 2 coats and on the right is 3 coats.  There is no base coat under any of the swatches.

A Heavy Metal Hit.  Hope you enjoyed.  Come visit me at http://www.facebook.com/DuplicatesByD

Eau De Daisy

How can you not love this one ??

An amazing fun mix of daisy shaped yellow matte glitter, light green and dark green glitter hex, black strips, and multi shapes of white and black hex glitter. The above swatch shows two coats and no base coat.

This one just makes you smile.  :):):):)

The Slutty Pumpkin

This one is just fun.  I'm going to bring it back closer to hallowe'en.

As you can see it's a crazy orange shimmer polish with medium hex black and orange glitter .  I've shown it above with 2 coats and no base coat.  I think this one would be pretty great over a sheer black polish.

This close up shows how great the shimmer is in the orange.

Slutty Pumpkin will be a must have soon.  I think I'm going to wear it just so I can tell people what the name of it is.

Ice Age and Poetic Elements

I've decided to clump these two new glitters together because they're both bright and soft and subtle.  Pretty top coats if I do say so myself.

First we will look at Ice Age.  It's a beautiful mix of baby blue matte hex glitters and white matte and iridescent glitter.

It has a nice look on it's own as shown with one coat and no base coat.

You can see the multi sizes in the picture above. Very pretty.

Next polish is Poetic Elements.  I'm loving this one and it's one that I came close to not making.   I'm very pleased that I did it.

As you can see this one is a subtle mix of pastels.  There's matte white, pink, baby blue, pale yellow and lavender hex glitters in different shapes.

One coat coverage is pretty covering.  I'm trying 2 to 3 on the toes tonight with no base coat.  Just a cute fresh look.  Hope you enjoy and come visit me at http://www.facebook.com/DuplicatesByD

                                                                               Happy Nails!!

Don't Go Breaking My Heart

A fitting name for this glitter mix.  It's a combo of shredded black iridescent glitter and shredded matte cherry red glitter.  Add some black hearts to it and seems like a broken heart to me.

It's a dark and sexy top coat.  In the next pic I've tried to capture the heart on the swatch.  They're really hard to see in the bottle.

All of the pictures are in indoor light and 2 coats of polish with no base coat.

It's a jammed packed top coat in my own clear suspension base.  Enjoy and come visit me at
